We realised the true value of investing in employee training at an early stage, in our formative years. As we have grown, we have recognised that there are expertise on offer in broader industry, which can prove very beneficial in our very specific field of expertise. As such, our employees hold a large number of certificates, including many which are not necessarily commonplace in the Hoist industry.

In the present day, we currently utilise and maintain no less than 54 different training courses for our field and administration staff. This covers a huge spectrum of subject matter, including bespoke hoist manufacturer training, tensile load testing, mental health awareness, level 3 first aid, level 5 management and leadership, welding and fabrication, work at height, a large number of CITB courses, lorry loader operation, numerous IOSH courses, rescue from height training, fire safety and many many more.

Recently we had a fresh round of Portable Appliance Testing which was expertly delivered by Keith Brown of Inowco Ltd on behalf of SSG Training and Consultancy Ltd.
