• Pre-Installation Site Surveys – are undertaken, ensuring the Hoists offered meet with clients’ specific requirements.
• Pre-Installation Planning – detailed installation specific CAD drawings / calculations can be provided.
• Detailed RAMS – are provided, as standard, for every hoist installation, for clients’ retention, in order to ensure a safe and smooth installation process.
• Hoist Installations – are undertaken by NVQ certified Hoist Installers.
• Handover Service to Clients – we provide ‘User Familiarisation’ at handover within costs with supporting documentation.
• Formal / Certified Hoist Operator Training Course can be provided as and when sought by our clients.
• Thorough Examinations – independent inspections are offered, if required.
• Aftercare Service & Support / Maintenance – a pro-active approach to ongoing client support & excellent response times. All Hoists are tested, maintained and serviced to the highest quality, with more frequent scheduled on-site servicing and thorough examinations than accepted industry standard.
