This pivoting 200kg electric hoist with a lifting height of 30m and is ideal for the small builder or larger contractor to lift material from the ground or lower material to the ground safely. It has a top limit lever and micro switch to stop the hoist when it is at the top of its lift and a lower limit lever and switch that stops the hoist from winding back up the wrong way. It also has a Thermal Cut-out to protect the motor from power surges. The hook has a spring loaded safety catch to keep the load carrier within the hook.
This machines comes complete with the detachable TR225N pendant and also the 1.8 metre pole that attaches itself to the scaffolding.
